First things first—my name is spelled with an "I", not an "L", and it's pronounced You-lee-AH-nah. It's one of the questions I get asked most often, and it's usually the start of a great conversation.

For the past 11 years, I've proudly called San Diego home, but my journey here began through family and a deep appreciation for military service. My sister serves in the U.S. Navy, and years ago I found myself visiting San Diego whenever I had the chance. With every visit, I fell more in love with the community, the people, and the lifestyle. Eventually, San Diego became home.

As the spouse of a retired Navy Senior Chief, I've also gained firsthand insight into the military lifestyle, frequent relocations, PCS moves, and the unique challenges military families face when buying or selling a home. Whether you're active duty, retired military, or relocating to San Diego for the first time, I understand how important it is to have a trusted local expert guiding the process.

Today, I'm proud to serve San Diego as a Realtor, entrepreneur, and mom. I help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence and clarity.

Before real estate, I spent more than 15 years leading operations for national retail brands across the United States and internationally. My career allowed me to oversee large teams, negotiate complex deals, solve challenging problems, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Those same skills now help me advocate for my clients and negotiate on their behalf every day.

What truly sets me apart is my deep connection to the San Diego community. As a mom raising my son Luca here, I've spent years discovering the neighborhoods, schools, parks, camps, restaurants, and family-friendly activities that make each part of San Diego unique.
